Job Summary
StackAdapt is seeking a Programmatic Account Manager to join their Global Client Services team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in Real Time Bidding/programmatic expertise, excellent client relationship management skills, and the ability to communicate technical concepts. As a Programmatic Account Manager, you will work closely with clients to design unique campaign strategies, provide regular reporting, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI. You will also participate in identifying upselling opportunities, develop tools and procedures to increase efficiency, and provide strategic thought leadership to clients. The role is remote-first, but the candidate must be located in the Rockies (Mountain Standard Time) with a strong preference for Colorado or Utah. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Account Executives, Client Service support teams, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional campaign performance and drive business growth. Job Description
What you'll be doing:
- Act as the main point of contact for your portfolio of clients across a wide range of verticals
- Design unique campaign strategies within the StackAdapt platform
- Ensure client campaigns are successful by providing regular reporting on their campaign goals, providing strategic solutions and optimizations to meet identified KPIs
- Set up/traffic advertising campaigns on the StackAdapt DSP, including third party tag implementation and pixel creation/troubleshooting
- Participate in the identification of upselling opportunities and improve services such as the development of tools, procedures and reports aimed to increase efficiency
- Optimize campaigns and recommend new opportunities by analyzing campaign performance on a regular basis
- In-person and virtual meetings, presentations, Quarterly Business Reviews and training/education
- Provide Strategic Thought Leadership, acting as a strategic advisor to your clients
- Travel up to 20% of time
What you'll bring to the table:
- 3+ years of experience in Real Time Bidding/programmatic expertise (DSP, Ad Network)
- Experience running Google Ad Words, Facebook Ads or executed through a DSP as a self-serve user
- Proven success in managing client relationships and delivering service excellence
- Focus on retaining accounts and growing revenue
- The ability to grasp and communicate technical concepts and platform-based knowledge
- Familiarity with the latest digital advertising trends and ideas
- Experience working with complex databases is a plus
