What you will be doing?
- Assist in the development and implementation of project management processes and procedures.
- Provide support to business stakeholders in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Track project progress and report on key performance indicators to stakeholders and management.
- Facilitate project meetings and ensure action items are documented and followed up on.
- Manage project documentation, including project charters, schedules, and status reports.
- Identify and escalate project risks and issues to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional department leaders to define, prioritize, develop projects, and ensure alignment and integration of project activities.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management practices within the organization.
What experience and qualifications should you have?
- 8-10 years in a Project Management role.
- Experience working in the Information Technology industry.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or related field.
- PMP certification or relevant certifications.
