The Channel Management team manages and grows the channel business by acquiring new partners, supporting enablement teams, and managing relationships with channel partners. We are looking for an exceptional project manager to build understanding of the organization, drive channel management programs forward, and identify growth opportunities. As a remote-first company, you will work from anywhere within India and be required to speak and write in English fluently.
Job Description
What you’ll be doing:
- Build an understanding of the JumpCloud organization, overarching objectives, business model as well as current growth areas.
- Own specific project tasks that will help drive an overarching channel management program forward.
- Conduct detailed analyses of existing processes, tools, or data sets to help identify trends, inefficiencies, as well as growth opportunities.
- Formulate and communicate project findings and outcomes clearly with program stakeholders.
- Set and communicate a clear timeline and milestones around the project at hand.
- Identify and surface any identified risk; help build mitigation strategies and plans.
- Actively follow up with stakeholders on key tasks and deliverables.
- Build strong relationships with different stakeholders across the organization bringing insights and structure to each conversation.

- Experience in project and/or program management a differentiator.
- Data analytics qualifications a differentiator.
- Experience in SaaS and/or high-growth tech company environments a differentiator.
- Prior experience in working with the channel.
