What we need

  • Ability to handle claims from ‘cradle to grave’
  • Attention to detail and the ability to provide quality interactions with stakeholders, clients andcustomers to the high standards required by our business
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise your workload.
  • Ability to work to system driven SLAs and workflows.
  • Strong communication skills - both written and oral.
  • Comfortable working in a fluid role in a fast paced environment

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in property claims in all or any of the following:
    • Commercial
    • Personal
    • Agriculture
  • Business Interruption knowledge would be advantageous
  • Claims authority of £25,000 or more in current role
  • Awareness of current UK trends associated with Insurance and the wider market impacts
  • Ability to analyze and evaluate complex data and make sound decisions based on established guidelines, policies, and procedures
  • Curious and motivated by problem solving and questioning the status quo
  • Desire to engage in learning opportunities and continuous professional development
  • Willingness to travel for client and claims needs
