We are seeking a PT NJ Licensed Child & Adolescent Therapist (Remote) for Fort Health. The role involves treating lower acuity populations with an average treatment length of 16 weekly sessions and ongoing support by clinical supervisors. As a therapist, you will work with pediatricians to maximize your chances of success and enjoy a flexible schedule, customizable caseload, and stability of W2 employment. You will also receive malpractice coverage, holidays & PTO, and a laptop provided by the company.   • W2 role, 20 hours a week/PTO Eligible

How compensation works

  • Fort Health offers a customizable caseload to suit your needs and circumstances.
  • Full-time therapists are expected to deliver a minimum of 15 clinical hours/week.
  • Flexibility to adjust your capacity and earnings each month
  • A typical therapist delivers 28 clinical hours/week and earn $85,000 not including bonuses

What We're Looking For

  1. Licensed: Licensed Psychologist (PhD, PsyD), LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LMHC licensed to practice in New Jersey (multiple state licenses preferred).
  2. Experienced: 3 years of clinical experience working directly with children, teenagers, and families, with experience in evidence-based treatments such as CBT, ACT, and DBT.
  3. Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and experience delivering effective care through telehealth.
  4. Tech savvy: able to use Zoom, EHR, and Google Suite to deliver care and communicate with team members
  5. Technical Requirements: Access to a reliable, high-speed internet connection (50 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload).
