The PSM will work with key publishers on the Network to drive growth and adoption of their APIs, optimize presence on the platform, and provide strategic support. This hybrid remote/in-person role requires 5+ years of experience in customer success or account management, excellent communication skills, and a good understanding of API concepts and workflows. The estimated base salary ranges from $180,000 to $240,000, plus a competitive equity package. Postman is looking for a Publisher Success Manager (PSM) to join our team within the Postman API Network. The Postman API Network is the world’s largest repository of APIs, serving developers from companies like AWS, Salesforce, Stripe, Zoom, Discord, and many more. Our goal is to empower publishers to launch, distribute, and grow their APIs on the network while providing developers with the best-in-class experience for discovering and working with APIs.
As a PSM, you’ll work with companies with key publishers on the Network to help them optimize their presence on the Network to drive growth and adoption of their APIs, ensure they’re leveraging the latest features of the platform, and work cross-functionally across Postman to synthesize and share product feedback.
This is a hybrid remote/in-person role based in the United States. As a standalone business with Postman, we build fast, learn while doing it, and most importantly, have fun!
The reasonably estimated base salary for this role ranges from $180,000 to 240,000, plus a competitive equity package. Actual compensation is based on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
