We are hiring a QA Accessibility Engineer to work on a pivotal Federal program that is making a positive impact on millions of Americans' daily lives.
What you'll be doing:
Working hand in hand with our engineering, leadership and government partners to oversee all things pertinent to the successful implementation and delivery of a major government initiative. Specializing in accessibility, you will help improve, analyze and ensure a well rounded and compliant design based for federal facing applications and products.
What you’ll bring:
Experience delivering test scripts, test cases and test plans that are in alignment with Business-Driven Development/Test Driven Development (BDD/TDD) using tools such as (Selenium/Web Driver, Cucumber, Geb, Spock, SOAP UI, Postman)
Experience in React, Cypress, Mocha, Dequeue, TestRail
3+ years experience with 508 Compliance
Direct experience with developing, designing and testing websites to ensure conformance to section 508 accessibility standards.
A thorough understanding of Section 508 of the American with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the ability to apply this knowledge to create strategies for bringing the maximum functionality to ADA users
Knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) accessibility standards and guidelines
Develop creative and innovative accessibility solutions that adhere to organization and WCAG guidelines
Requirements:
Must be a US Citizen and able to work domestically
Must be able to attain low-level security clearance
