We are looking for a QC Specialist, to ensure the quality and compliance of our apparel and cosmetics packaging. The ideal candidate will execute inspections and must have a strong understanding of industry standards, materials, and production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quality inspections on packaging materials and finished products.

  • Evaluate packaging designs for compliance with brand standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues.

  • Maintain detailed records of inspections, testing, and non-conformities.

  • Develop and implement quality control procedures and guidelines.

  • Participate in the selection and evaluation of suppliers for packaging materials.

  • Provide training and support to staff on quality control practices.

  • Travel to factories and supplier locations in China or within Asia.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in quality control within the apparel or cosmetics industry.

  • Strong knowledge of packaging materials, manufacturing processes, and regulatory standards.

  • Familiarity with quality management systems and tools 

  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software

  • Nice to have:

    • Experience with sustainability practices in packaging.

    • Certification in Quality Control or related field.
