Octopus Deploy is seeking a part-time Recruitment & Operations Specialist to join their HR team. The ideal candidate will have experience in technical recruitment, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities. They will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, overseeing office operations, and supporting employee welfare initiatives. We are looking for a Recruitment & Operations Specialist (maternity leave replacement) to join our HR team on a part-time basis as a replacement for maternity leave with the option to extend. This role involves leading recruitment processes, overseeing office operations, and supporting employee welfare initiatives. The ideal candidate is proactive, strategic, and able to manage processes from end to end.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment (70%)

    • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
    • Collaborating with hiring managers to ensure alignment with business needs.
    • Maintaining and optimizing recruitment systems for an efficient hiring process.
    • Utilizing platforms like Lever, LinkedIn, and other recruitment tools to enhance sourcing and hiring.
    • Partnering with the Talent Acquisition team on projects such as employer branding, process improvements, and tool management.

Operations & Employee Welfare (30%)

    • Organizing employee welfare events for the R&D department in Israel and EMEA.
    • Planning and executing activities such as Happy Hours, holiday celebrations, and team events.
    • Managing local operational systems, including BuyMe, Cibus, and office tools.
    • Coordinating parking arrangements for employees.
    • Collaborating with HR teams in Eastern Europe to ensure alignment on employee engagement initiatives.
    • Overseeing vendor management, including cleaning services and office maintenance.

What We’re Looking For

    • Experience in technical recruitment - Must
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Familiarity with recruitment systems (e.g., Lever) – an advantage
    • High-level English – required
