Job Description
Essential Functions
- Proven track record of sales success in a complex software or technology environment(preferably SaaS)
- Ability to communicate and convey the value proposition of a complex software platform via phone and online demos as well as in-person meetings
- Experience utilizing an enterprise level CRM (preferably salesforce.com) to monitor and manage daily, weekly and monthly sales activities of the team
- Success in a past leadership role required to include ongoing development of individual team members through training, mentoring and overall performance management
- Creative thinker with an eye toward keeping a large team of sales representatives motivated and passionate about their work
- Outstanding relationship building skills with a high degree of responsiveness and integrity
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple high priority projects simultaneously and successfully
- Range of 2.5M to 3.5M Yearly Quota
Education
- Preferred: College Degree, equivalent years of relevant experience may substitute
Experience
- 5+ years’ sales management experience, 5-10 years’ overall sales experience
- Preferred: Knowledge of travel and expense management industry
