Position Overview:
The Revenue Operations Manager plays a critical role in scaling OfferFit’s commercial teams through analysis and process improvements that make our teams more efficient and their work more impactful. In this role, you will enhance the operational capabilities of our Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Implementation teams to support our ambitious business goals. As the Revenue Operations Manager, you will partner closely with GTM leadership on a wide range of strategic initiatives including:
Designing workflows to ensure that our GTM team members are spending time on the highest-impact activities
Supporting cross-functional information flow and process alignment to eliminate silos across the GTM spectrum
Reviewing and updating compensation plans to ensure they incentivize the right behaviors
Designing team structures (e.g.,sales territories) and operational cadences (e.g., account reviews) that enhance team effectiveness
Driving continuous improvement by identifying KPIs and extracting insights from patterns observed in the data
Leading change management efforts that get team members bought in and excited about what’s next
Benchmarking against industry best practices and proactively identifying opportunities for improvement
You will also work closely with other members of the RevOps team responsible for our GTM systems and enablement to ensure that our commercial teams have the tools and knowledge they need for operational success.

Prior experience working in GTM Strategy, Revenue Operations, or Management Consulting a plus
Additional Requirements:
Fluency in English is required for this position
Up to 10-15% travel for company-wide quarterly gatherings, team offsite workshops, and industry-related events
The base salary for this position in the United States is $128,000 per year, plus eligibility for an additional bonus of $18,000; Eligibility for an additional end of year performance bonus, commissions (when applicable) and/or equity options may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered.
