The RFP Coordinator serves as a writer and the primary coordinator of all firm-wide responses to Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Information (RFI), Security, and Ad hoc Questionnaires supporting all lines of business. This individual will be responsible for creating, organizing, and submitting high-quality RFP responses that highlight our company's unique capabilities and value propositions. This individual will also play an important role in creating and maintaining templates as well as cataloging, managing, and maintaining collateral for our sales team. This role requires strategic thinking, attention to detail, and strong collaboration with sales leadership, subject matter experts (SMEs), and internal teams to deliver impactful and brand aligned proposals to drive revenue growth for COMPLY globally.  

Key Responsibilities:

    • RFP Management: Oversee the entire RFP process, from initial receipt to final submission. This will include tracking RFP notices, deadlines, status, and the outcome of RFPs.  
    • Database Management: Build, maintain, and update RFP response software & templates, ensuring they reflect the latest product offerings, company information, commercial information, and a catalog of responses and forms. 
    • Content Development: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to build effective agendas for proposal and pitch meetings, prepare materials, and project manage actions coming from meetings. 
    • Proposal Coordination: Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, product, legal, and information security teams to gather necessary information and approvals. 
    • Education: Work with senior management to adopt an effective change management strategy in the approach to the RFP process.  
    • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the RFP process, addressing inquiries and providing timely updates. 
    • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of RFP responses to ensure compliance with client requirements and alignment with company standards, particularly effective written communication. 

Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree
    • 2-3 years of experience as a RFP Coordinator, or relevant
    • Salesforce experience
    • RFP Automation software experience

$80,000 - $95,000 a year
The compensation range for this role is specific to the United States and takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, training, licensure and certification, and experience. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role would be $80,000-$90,000 plus applicable bonus/benefits offerings, etc as those similarly situated within the Company.
