What would your day look like?

  • Collaborate with Sellers to understand customer requirements and create tailored world-class Testlio Platform demonstration experiences that include features and integrations.
  • Prepare personalized environment & data for presentations (up-to-date, relevant to the buyer's industry, seamlessly integrated into the presentation flow).
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor to prospects, bridging the gap between the platform and customer needs.
  • Prototype new technical features, integrations, and capabilities in partnership with the Testlio Engineering team, aligning technical features with business value to optimize product positioning.
  • Leverage AI extensively, including Microsoft Azure OpenAI, Windsurf, and other tools/models. Use AI to power quality engineering experiences while also showcasing how the Testlio offering impacts the quality of AI-powered products.
  • Lead high-stakes meetings with CTOs and VPs of Engineering who are considering Testlio quality engineering solutions. Address technical objections and validate customer use cases.
  • Stay up-to-date with the core technology landscape (e.g., AI in quality engineering), the Testlio Platform, competitors, and industry trends. Share expert perspectives across the company.

What do you need to succeed?

  • A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Background in software development, including an affinity for the Testlio Platform tech stack of React, TypeScript, NodeJS, Graphql, MySQL, AWS, and Kafka
  • A passion for AI (artificial intelligence) and ML (machine learning), including OpenAI and Windsurf.
  • Foundational knowledge of quality engineering, including the testing pyramid (unit, integration, and end-to-end testing) and the trade-offs between automated and manual testing approaches. Hands-on exposure to test automation frameworks or tools is beneficial.
  • Solid understanding of modern system integration concepts, including APIs, webhooks, and event-driven architectures. Familiarity with common data exchange protocols and practices and the ability to conceptualize how systems interact to enable seamless data flow.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL for querying and transforming data and foundational experience with data pipelines and ETL processes. Familiarity with tools like dbt or similar frameworks for managing data workflows is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to instill confidence in our prospects and customers and a distinguished ability to translate technical concepts into business value for customers.
  • A keen intellect, vivid imagination, and rapid problem-solving skills
  • Experience in conducting product demonstrations and engaging with CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and other technical Product Leaders.
  • Natural ability to work collaboratively gracefully with sales, delivery, and engineering teams.
  • Excellent written, visual, and oral communication capabilities, enabling deep listening, clear understanding, and invigorating message delivery.
