Job Description
What you'll do:
- Own the full sales cycle – from identifying high-value existing customers, analyzing their financial activity, and qualifying them for an upgrade to managing outreach, conducting sales calls, and successfully closing deals.
- Build trusted relationships with existing customers by demonstrating expertise in Finom’s offerings and understanding their business needs.
- Identify upgrade opportunities by analyzing customer usage patterns and positioning our best plans as a tailored solution.
- Engage with customers proactively via multiple communication channels, ensuring a best-in-class experience.
- Provide expert guidance and consultation on Finom’s premium financial solutions, explaining how they can save costs and simplify financial operations.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through a consultative, customer-first approach while consistently optimizing your sales pipeline.
- Drive innovation in sales techniques – we encourage creative and proactive thinking to improve our upgrade strategy and maximize customer success.
What You Bring:
- 1-3 years of experience in a sales role with a focus on New Business or Account Management
- Excellent relationship-building skills – ability to build trust with business customers and position Finom as a valuable financial partner.
- Experience managing the entire sales cycle – from prospecting to closing – ideally within an existing customer base.
- Motivated and results-driven – you always go the extra mile to close a deal and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Proactive, creative, and adaptable – able to identify opportunities and develop strategies to increase upgrade conversions.
- Love for new challenges – thrives in a high-growth, fast-paced environment and is eager to make an impact.
- Good communication and sales skills – strong pitching, negotiation, and closing abilities.
- Fluent English is essential – additional languages (German, French, Italian, or Spanish) are highly beneficial.
