Brightwheel is the most loved technology brand in early education globally, trusted by thousands of educators and millions of families.

Our Team

We are a fully remote team with employees across every time zone in the US. Our team is passionate, talented, and customer-focused. Our exceptional investor group includes Addition, Bessemer Venture Partners, Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, GGV Capital, Lowercase Capital, Emerson Collective, and Mark Cuban.

We believe that everyone—from our employees to the students, teachers, and administrators we serve— should be given the opportunity to learn and thrive, whatever their background may be. We celebrate diversity in all forms because it allows our team and the communities we serve to reach their full potential and do their best work. From decision making, to how we operate, we ground ourselves in our Leadership Principles every day.

Ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets by designing and executing effective account strategies.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our Go-To-Market (GTM), Operations, and Enablement teams to align on sales goals, provide data-driven insights, and refine systems and processes that empower the team to manage and grow education sales  and professional development effectively

  • Data-Driven Insights: Use analytics to measure team performance, identify areas of improvement, and iteratively design processes that enhance sales effectiveness and operational efficiency.

  • Team Development and Training: Provide ongoing training, mentoring, and coaching to ensure that your team is equipped with the necessary skills, knowledge, and motivation to succeed and achieve both individual and team targets. Establish clear development pathways and ensure that every team member has the tools they need to grow in their roles.

  • Performance and Accountability: Establish clear performance metrics and regularly monitor progress, holding the team accountable to individual and collective sales goals. Provide regular feedback, support, and recognition to reinforce positive behaviors and outcomes.

Qualifications, Skills, & Abilities

  • Proven Leadership in High-Volume Sales: Demonstrated success in managing and leading sales teams in high-volume, fast-paced environments. You have a history of driving exceptional results through the effective management of sales representatives, balancing both quantity and quality of performance.

  • Expert in Frontline Leadership: Proven track record of managing frontline teams in roles that require high performance under pressure. You excel at helping individuals navigate complex challenges and develop the skills needed to succeed in high-demand situations.

  • People-Centric Leadership: Strong people leadership capabilities, with a focus on continuous development. You are committed to coaching, mentoring, and inspiring your team to improve every day, creating a culture of accountability and growth that leads to consistent success.

  • Goal-Oriented and Results-Driven: A history of exceeding ambitious sales targets and objectives. You have a strong record of achieving challenging goals and are relentless in driving performance across your team to consistently hit and surpass targets.

  • Analytical Excellence: Highly skilled in using data to inform decisions, solve problems, and optimize sales performance. You bring a data-driven mindset, with deep expertise in CRM systems (such as SFDC), enabling you to analyze trends, track team progress, and adjust strategies for optimal outcomes.
