Job Summary
StackAdapt is seeking a Sales Manager to manage sales activities, cultivate customer relationships, and acquire new programmatic advertising revenue. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of digital advertising sales experience, bilingual in French and English, and in-depth knowledge of programmatic advertising. They will work closely with the Sales Director, Account Managers, and management/product teams to identify lucrative partnership opportunities, present innovative campaign strategies, and build strong client relationships. As a Sales Manager, your pivotal role encompasses the management of sales activities and the cultivation of enduring customer relationships. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, your mandate extends to both nurturing existing business partnerships and spearheading the acquisition of new programmatic advertising revenue from agencies and brands. To excel in this capacity, a keen comprehension of each client's long-term objectives is essential, coupled with a proactive approach to identifying lucrative partnership opportunities that foster their business growth with StackAdapt.
Collaboration with StackAdapt Account Managers is integral to your success, as you work in tandem to forge and sustain robust client connections. Moreover, you will play a central role in presenting innovative campaign strategies and bespoke solutions, all the while dedicated to expanding and retaining our existing account base.
Stackadapt is a remote first company and this person can be based anywhere in France.
What you'll be doing:
- Identifying, pitching, and closing platform sales deals with local agencies and brands
- Manage existing client relations and seek account growth opportunities
- Working with your dedicated StackAdapt Account Manager to grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new campaign strategies and solutions to clients, and building strong relationships
- Working closely with management/product teams to get products specified and built
What you'll bring to the table:
- 5 + years of digital advertising sales experience
- Bilingual in French and English
- In-depth programmatic knowledge and expertise
- Strong book of contacts within Big 6 advertising firms/holding companies in Hong Kong
- Experience in utilizing various CRM tools to build a robust pipeline and ensured ongoing client satisfaction, renewal and opportunity discovery
- Experience building client pitch decks (and the associated research) to close new business
- Track record of success in a quota carrying environment
- Ability to grasp and communicate technical concepts and DSP platform-based knowledge
- Willing to travel occasionally to meet with clients within their region
