Job Description
⭐ How will you make an impact?
- Ownership of the creation and analysis of sales reports to provide performance insights and guide decision-making.
- Track and monitor key funnel metrics such as MQL-to-SQL conversions, pipeline velocity, and lead stage effectiveness.
- Proactively collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement new initiatives within the Sales team and support them on continuous improvement.
- Assist with monthly sales meetings by preparing reports, presentations, and performance updates.
- Support the rollout of new tools and systems (e.g., chat widgets, scripts, demo templates), helping with implementation, feedback, and iteration.
- Ensure accurate data hygiene and process flow within HubSpot, maintaining seamless tracking and reporting.

- 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations or any other related role.
- Strong Excel skills — comfortable using formulas, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and organizing datasets.
- Understanding of how a sales funnel works, including inbound/outbound flows and overall sales stages.
- Familiarity with key metrics like MQLs, SQLs, and conversion rates, and ability to interpret and act on them.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
