We are looking for a Sales Qualification Coordinator (SQC) to play a critical role in qualifying marketing-generated leads (MQLs) and driving a high-volume SQL pipeline into our Growth Sales Team (GST). This role is ideal for an early-career professional with a passion for sales, marketing, and data-driven decision-making.

What you'll be doing:

Meet and exceed SQL conversion targets by efficiently qualifying inbound and outbound leads.
Engage with potential customers, gathering insights to ensure lead readiness before passing them to sales teams.
Work closely with Marketing to provide feedback that improves MQL targeting and lead quality.
Maintain structured workflows, ensuring high-volume lead qualification is done efficiently.
Utilize data and analytics to track and improve conversion rates.

What you'll bring to the table:

1-2 years of professional experience in a sales or marketing environment.
Background in marketing, sales, or a related field is preferred.
Strong understanding of data and analytics, with an ability to track and optimize performance metrics.
Proven aptitude for high-volume, structured workflows in sales qualification.
Experience working in or alongside sales teams is a plus.
