Job Summary
Airalo is seeking a Sales Specialist to join their Partnerships department in Oceania. As a remote-first company, the ideal candidate will own Airalo's corporate sales strategy and execution to ensure adoption as the business travel connectivity solution across small, medium, and large enterprises. The role involves conducting competitive research, defining distribution roadmaps, onboarding new partners, building relationships with key stakeholders, organizing events, and delivering monthly, quarterly, and annual OKRs. The candidate should have 4+ years of experience in corporate channel sales or business development in the tech, travel, or telecom industry, a good understanding of the corporate channel in Oceania, and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Job Description
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Work closely with the Senior Partnerships Director, APAC and other team members in the department
- Conduct competitive research and define the Airalo corporate distribution roadmap to maintain Airalo’s status as the preferred provider across corporate partners
- Market mapping of the top corporate prospects in key cities across the Oceania region and creating a distribution roadmap to achieve maximum penetration across the universe
- Onboard and support new corporate partners as they join the Airalo partner communityBuild and maintain fruitful relationships with key stakeholders (Human resources, travel admins, IT admins) at corporate partners to drive mutual growth
- Organize events and roadshows at key corporates to educate employees about benefits of eSIMs over other travel connectivity options
- Collaborate and work with different internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute projects/opportunities successfully
- Own and deliver monthly, quarterly and annual OKRs for your channel with regular tracking and progress reports
- As a core member of the Oceania squad, always explore ways and means to further consolidate Airalo’s dominance in the region
Must Haves:
- 4+ years of experience in corporate channel sales or business development in the tech, travel or telecom industry
- Good understanding of the corporate channel (preferably the travel and / or telecom corporate) in the Oceania region
- This is a largely relationship driven channel. You must be able to forge and nurture relationships with stakeholders across the channel
- Ability to narrate a good story - Airalo’s unique story and the problem we solve for our users makes it a compelling pitch for partners
- Ability to employ sales techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling, consultative selling, and solution selling
- Ability to multi-taskExperience with sales and partnerships tools e.g. HubspotPerfect verbal and written communication skills in English
