Our platform empowers property owners and managers to efficiently manage and market their rental businesses online. We are an international team of more than 350 people and over 60 different nationalities, founded in the heart of sunny Barcelona.

Are you ready to be at the forefront of one of the fastest-growing positions in sales? The Sales Specialist role is pivotal to our company's growth journey. As a Sales Specialist, you will be instrumental in engaging with prospects, uncovering their business needs, and showcasing the transformative power of Lodgify's vacation rental SaaS solution.

⭐ How will you make an impact?

    • Sales Target Mastery: Drive success by hitting sales targets across the EMEA region, managing leads in both German and English.
    • Engage Pre-Qualified Leads: Communicate with pre-qualified leads evaluating Lodgify for their vacation rental business, understanding their unique needs.
    • Strategic Product Positioning: Identify customer requirements and position Lodgify’s products and services to not just meet but exceed those needs.
    • Demonstrate Value: Showcase the exceptional value of Lodgify to their business, generating interest, and effortlessly resolving any queries.
    • Online Demo Mastery: Master the art of effective online demos, creating a visual narrative that resonates with potential customers.
    • Sales Closure Excellence: Seal the deal with vacation rental owners who are evaluating Lodgify, turning prospects into delighted customers.
    • Team Player: Play a pivotal role as a key member in the growth and development of our dynamic sales organization.

⭐ What makes you a great fit?

    • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English & German.
    • At least 2 years of previous experience in Sales.
    • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
    • Passion for SaaS solutions in the travel industry.
    • Desire to learn and adapt in a fast-paced digital environment (Startup experience is a plus).
