The role involves providing architectural guidance and product recommendations to Account Executives, helping engineering teams design offerings for prospects and customers. As a senior trusted advisory, you will work with clients to understand issues/gaps in their security programs and provide solutions. You will also research emerging vendors and technologies, author business and technical collateral, and support internal Centers of Excellence. The position requires 10+ years of experience in enterprise-level security consulting, proficiency in multiple security technologies, and expertise in architecting and designing enterprise-scale security solutions. This is a remote position with up to 25% travel required within the GuidePoint NC Region.

GuidePoint Security is growing and expanding and looking for a Security Architect / Strategic Security Advisor to help Account Executives drive new business within the Heartland region by providing architectural guidance and product recommendations. The Security Architect / Strategic Security Advisor will be instrumental in helping the engineering team design offerings for the various prospects and customers throughout the region. This position will be 100% focused on cyber-security solutions and provide the ability to look at and recommend interesting and new technologies within the space.
Note: This is a remote position but you must live in the North Central region (IL, IN, KY, OH, IN, WI, MI, ND, SD, IA) to be considered.
