Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Client acquisition: proactively identify and secure new clients, employing strategic sales tactics to exceed revenue targets and drive business growth.

  • Relationship building: cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities.

  • Pipeline management: effectively manage our sales pipeline from A to Z

  • Sales presentations: deliver compelling presentations that showcase the unique benefits of our solutions, addressing client pain points and driving successful outcomes.

  • Sales strategy: Develop and execute targeted sales strategies, leveraging market insights and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the enterprise ed tech sales landscape.

  • Close deals: Lead negotiations with clients, securing mutually beneficial agreements and contributing to overall sales success.

Requirements

We’re looking for someone with the skills and experience to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment:

  • Proven track record of success as a Sales Executive selling mid-market and enterprise software, ideally to the education sector.

  • Demonstrated achievement in meeting and exceeding sales targets.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building trust and rapport with clients.

  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.

  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • A native level of English is mandatory
