Job Description

As a Senior Regulatory Affairs Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with federal, state, and accreditor regulations, helping to shape policies and processes that drive institutional excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret and apply regulations to develop policies and procedures that ensure compliance across our institutions.

  • Collaborate with teams across operations, campuses, and regulatory entities to implement and communicate program changes.

  • Provide expert regulatory guidance to support marketing, operations, and leadership teams.

  • Monitor compliance performance and execute risk-mitigation strategies in high-impact areas.

  • Represent Adtalem in professional organizations and regulatory discussions.

  • Analyze evolving regulatory landscapes to assess impact and ensure organizational readiness.

  • Train and mentor colleagues on compliance policies and best practices.

  • Develop reports and deliver presentations to senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.

  • 4+ years of experience in a regulated environment (higher education compliance strongly preferred).

  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to managing risk and ensuring compliance.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and internet applications.

  • Ability to travel up to 10% as needed.

  • Writing samples required.

Additional Information

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $49,199 and $86,253. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
