The New Ad Formats team at Reddit is seeking a skilled Android engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Android engineering with at least 4 years of experience and proficiency in the Kotlin programming language. They should be able to collaborate across product, design, and engineering teams to innovate and implement sophisticated solutions for complex challenges. The team focuses on building new formats with functionality that delights advertisers, enabling formats on various surfaces/placements, establishing product market fit, iterating and pivoting based on advertiser needs and product feedback, and continually improving the technical foundations used for Ad Formats. The base pay range for this position is:
$190,800 - $267,100 USD
