Our Corporate IT Engineering team are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Atlassian Administrator to manage and optimize our suite of Atlassian products. We are undergoing a migration from JIRA on premises to JIRA Cloud, and this role will be crucial in ensuring our teams have the tools and support they need to collaborate effectively and drive productivity. You will be a key partner and SME working with the PMO to align Jira to our SDLC and best practices for running Agile. Manage and maintain our Atlassian suite, including Jira Cloud, Confluence and other related tools. This includes user management, permissions, workflows, customizations, and integrations.

Proven experience as an Atlassian Administrator with experience managing a large and complex Atlassian environment >2000 users
Deep understanding of Jira Cloud, Confluence and other relevant Atlassian products
Experience with workflow customization using plugins such as scriptrunner, automation rules, jira workflow extensions or scripting (e.g., Groovy)
Experience with Atlassian API libraries to build integrations with Jira cloud or Confluence Cloud
Strong understanding of user management, permissions, and security best practices
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with other DevOps tools and technologies
Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash)
Knowledge of regular expressions and Atlassian Assets
Knowledge of popular add-ons such as Rich Filter Dashboard, Time to SLA, Exalate and Structure.
