About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Data Operations Specialist to lead critical aspects of our data management processes while supporting team development. In this role, you will ensure the accuracy and quality of location data for our clients, spearhead process improvements, and contribute to team training and quality assurance initiatives.

Your responsibilities:

    • Act as a subject matter expert on location data, providing advanced support to internal and external stakeholders using our proprietary tools and processes
    • Lead data manipulation tasks, resolve complex data discrepancies, and implement improvements to existing workflows
    • Design, deliver, and oversee comprehensive audits on listing data to maintain exceptional quality standards.
    • Develop, refine, and document task best practices to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Ensure timely and accurate completion of deliverables, consistently meeting or exceeding SLAs.
    • Support team members through training sessions, mentoring, and sharing advanced best practices.
    • Conduct quality assurance (QA) reviews of team outputs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance processes, tools, and client-facing solutions.

Your profile:

    • A seasoned professional with 5 years of experience in data operations, quality assurance, data entry or a related field.
    • Proven ability to lead process improvement initiatives and deliver measurable results.
    • Strong analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to handle complex data discrepancies and provide clear solutions.
    • Excellent communication skills in English including written, spoken, and reading skills
    • Capable of delivering effective training and mentoring sessions.
    • Experience in quality assurance, audit processes, and reporting insights to stakeholders.
    • A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines.
    • Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets is a plus
