What you will do:
- Own and execute internal operational projects — These are NOT client-facing but are strategic initiatives critical to our internal scalability and success.
- Drive operational efficiency across key internal workstreams — GTM, FDE, IP, PMO, Delivery, Technical, Offshore, and more.
- Build and maintain predictive performance dashboards — Provide reporting around utilization, project health, internal capacity, financial projections, etc.
- Analyze financial and operational data — Spot trends, highlight inefficiencies, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with leadership — You'll work directly with cross-functional senior leaders to understand business needs and implement solutions.
- Support strategic planning cycles — Help manage the cadence, inputs, and outputs of operational and financial planning.
Who you are:
- Recent graduate or 1–2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Strategy, or related fields.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or similar preferred.
- A strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; bonus for exposure to BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Detail-oriented, with a drive for accuracy, clarity, and structure.
- Strong communicator with a collaborative spirit and the confidence to work with senior stakeholders.
- Curious, coachable, and eager to grow into a larger role.
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and building new processes from scratch.
