Job Description
What You’ll Do
- Deliver on key objectives while collaborating with Software Development and Technical Operations teams to ensure seamless platform operation.
- Evolve and develop the organization's platform services, observability, and continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) systems.
- Ensure platform-wide stability for all core services, implementing strategies to guarantee scalability and high availability.
- Champion infrastructure-as-code (IaC) principles and drive automation across the platform to improve efficiency and consistency.
- Continuously improve and automate the development lifecycle of applications and services.
- React effectively to escalated platform issues, analyze root causes, and implement strategies to prevent future occurrences.
- Standardize the tool-stack across the organization's services, promoting streamlined operations and knowledge sharing.
- Adhere to SRE and DevOps practices and principles, actively promoting their adoption and integration within the organization.
- Play a key role in migrating critical functionality from legacy systems to modern, scalable infrastructure.
