We are seeking a Senior Field Marketing Manager for our EMEA region, specifically France and Iberia. The role involves managing marketing programs across multiple channels, including events, webinars, digital, partner marketing, and field campaigns. You will collaborate with the broader EMEA and US Marketing teams on regionally focused in-language campaigns and events that drive pipeline, revenue, and brand recognition. This is a crucial role for driving Conga's growth and achieving its strategic goals in the region. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in marketing business-to-business software solutions, SaaS marketing experience, and excellent communication skills in French and English. They must be proactive, versatile, and able to handle various projects in a fast-paced environment.

Job Title: Senior Field Marketing Manager, EMEA (France & Iberia Specialty)

Location: UK or France - 100% remote with approx. 20% European travel

Reports to: Senior Director, Marketing

Languages required: French and English (native or C2 level)

You will manage marketing programs across multiple channels, including events, webinars, digital, partner marketing, and field campaigns, specifically for the French and Iberian markets. This role requires a proactive, can-do attitude and versatility in handling various projects in a fast-paced environment.

The role is crucial for driving Conga’s growth and achieving its strategic goals in region. You will:

Lead Marketing Efforts: Fully own the strategy, execution and reporting of all marketing activities for France and Iberia, delivering quality leads to our business development and sales teams, while upholding our brand.

Campaign Management: Create and execute comprehensive multi-channel campaigns targeting prospects, customers and partners, tailored to the region.

Content and Strategy: Lead the development, review and translation approval of French language content assets (blogs, white papers, customer stories, videos etc) to use on the website and across revenue generating campaigns.

Event Strategy and Execution: Strategize and deliver Conga's presence at regional events, collaborating with the wider EMEA and Marketing teams to maximize ROI.

Web and Digital Marketing: Manage the French website content and strategy, driving brand awareness and pipeline through updated and relevant messaging as well as being a voice for the region back to the US Digital Marketing Team to adapt and ensure digital marketing campaign performance.

Partner Marketing: Deliver marketing programs to our partner ecosystem in local language, ensuring they are up to date with the Conga offering and how we go to market together, as well as delivering joint revenue generating campaigns.

 

Are you the person we’re looking for?

A Proven Track Record…

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing business-to-business software solutions; SaaS marketing experience strongly preferred.

  • Success in running multi-channel campaigns is a must.
