The ideal candidate will manage corporate operating expenses, drive financial planning processes, and deliver actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. They will oversee the financial consolidation process, develop robust financial models, and lead initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency through automation and process improvement. Job Description
Essential Job Functions:
- Acting as a Finance business partner for corporate functions such as HR, Legal, Finance etc.
- Managing corporate operating expenses (OPEX) budgets, developing annual budgets,and analyzing variances.
- Owning the financial consolidation process for close, forecast, and reporting cycles.
- Overseeing the Finance reporting and automation roadmap in collaboration with IT.
- Developing and deploying financial models and reports to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Basic Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required and/or relevant experience.
- At least 5 years of FP&A experience, ideally in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry. While CPG experience is preferred, candidates with transferable skills from other industries may still be considered.
- Strong analytical skills, financial modeling expertise, and attention to detail are critical.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Financial Systems Expertise:
- **Experience with tools like SAP, SAP Analytics Cloud, Hyperion, or similar financial reporting systems is a plus.
- Ability to solve problems and adapt to a dynamic environment.

- The ability to work independently and dive into projects.
- A mindset for simplification and automation.
