As a Senior Financial Institutions and Partnerships Manager, you will oversee onboarding processes for financial institutions, lead negotiations, and establish agreements. You will also proactively identify and resolve issues as they arise and collaborate with internal departments to facilitate seamless operations. Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the onboarding process for financial institutions, including KYC and application procedures
- Lead negotiations and establish agreements with financial institutions
- Proactively identify and resolve issues as they arise
- Open new accounts and manage access configurations
- Ensure timely completion of KYC updates required by financial partners
- Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate seamless operations
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with existing and potential partners
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in English (B1 level or higher)
- Strong understanding of KYC and AML processes
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- High level of responsibility and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of the crypto industry
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
Nice to have:
- Native Russian speaker
- Availability to work in the EU time zone (mandatory)
