What You’ll Be Doing
1. Fullstack Wizardry
Frontend Mastery: Craft high-performance, modern React (or similar) applications that delight users and scale smoothly.
Backend Engineering: Design APIs (REST or GraphQL), optimize database interactions (SQL/NoSQL) and build robust cloud-native services.
2. Deep System & Algorithmic Design
Architect for Scale: Sketch out microservices, data pipelines, and other high-availability solutions that can grow with our user base.
Optimize & Refine: Spot performance bottlenecks and kill them before they kill us.
3. Leadership & Collaboration
Code Reviews & Mentorship: Uphold high standards by giving and receiving thoughtful, constructive feedback.

Multiple Years in professional software development. You’ve tackled complex, large-scale projects and thrived.
Fullstack Expertise: From writing impeccable React components to designing backends in Node.js, GO, Rust or Python.

System Design & Architecture: You know how to build services that won’t break under pressure—microservices, caching strategies, database sharding, you name it.
Performance Focus: Terms like “high throughput” and “low latency” aren’t just buzzwords to you; they’re part of your daily vocabulary.
Best Practices: You never skip tests, you don’t do “quick hacks,” and you treat CI/CD pipelines like your best friend.
