We're seeking a talented Senior Graphic Designer to lead creative solutions across our digital and print marketing initiatives. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll shape our brand's visual identity while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact design solutions. With 4-6 years of professional design experience, strong portfolio, and expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and modern design tools, you'll drive brand consistency across all marketing materials. You'll also mentor junior designers, create storyboards, and visual concepts for product animations. About the Role

What You'll Do

  • Lead design projects from concept to execution across web, mobile, and print platforms
  • Create compelling visual designs for landing pages, product launches, webinars, and marketing campaigns
  • Design and maintain responsive web experiences that drive user engagement
  • Develop brand assets including illustrations, infographics, and presentation templates
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to meet business objectives
  • Mentor junior designers and provide creative direction
  • Drive brand consistency across all marketing materials
  • Create storyboards and visual concepts for product animations
  • Design event materials and booth experiences

Your Experience

  • 4-6 years of professional design experience
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating versatile design skills
  • Expert in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and modern design tools
  • Experience with responsive web design and digital marketing
  • Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices
  • Strong typography and layout skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail
  • Experience working in fast-paced tech environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Arts, or related field

This role offers the opportunity to shape the visual direction of a growing tech brand while working with a collaborative and innovative marketing team.

The estimated base salary for the Senior Graphic Designer role for US candidates is $110,000 - $145,000 USD. The salary range may vary for candidates residing outside of the US, based on local market data. In addition to salary, total compensation will include meaningful company equity. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors discovered during the interview process, including experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. The 3 month contract period will be paid at an hourly or monthly rate commensurate with experience, and does not include equity or benefits.
