As a Senior HRIS Developer, you will:
- Automate HR processes: Design and implement automation solutions for HR processes across the entire cycle using both low-code tools and custom coding.
- Develop integrations: Build and enhance non-native integrations between HR systems to ensure accurate data flow and minimize errors.
- Data audits and reporting: Develop automated auditing systems to detect and resolve system issues. Create automated reports for internal and external stakeholders based on their needs.
- Integrate new HR tools: Seamlessly integrate new HR tools into the existing HR ecosystem as per business requirements.
- Present and refine solutions: Present your solutions to senior executives, defend your choices, and adjust your approach based on feedback.
- Documentation and training: Create both technical and user-friendly documentation. Develop training materials to ensure smooth adaptation to new processes and systems.
Key requirements:
- Proven experience in HR process automation and HR systems management (3 years minimum).
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong technical proficiency, including Python (enough to create non-native integrations using API).
- Ability to adapt quickly to new tools and platforms (e.g., low-code solutions like Zenphi, Zapier, or Jira automation).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable, efficient solutions.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical solutions to senior business stakeholders.
- Strong accountability, ensuring tasks are completed on time with a focus on quality.
