We’re looking for a collaborative and self-motivated Senior IT SaaS Administrator to join our quickly growing team and make a big impact.
As an IT SaaS Admin on the IT/Security Team, you’ll work closely with Security, HR, BizOps, and managers to provision access, automate workflows, administer our SaaS applications and manage our vendors. You will also participate in fulfilling IT service management requests and resolving help desk tickets. You will oversee the configuration, security, integration, evaluation, purchasing, licensing, and onboarding/off-boarding of all the software-as-a-service (SaaS) applications within Muck Rack’s technology portfolio. The person in the role will be responsible for forecasting SaaS spend and identifying redundancies in tool usage, minimizing unnecessary licensing.

To be set up for success in this role, you’ll need to have:
2+ years total professional experience as an IT SaaS Admin and 3+ years as an IT associate
Experience with administering SaaS apps like Google Workspace, M365, Slack, Zoom, and Trelica
Experience with identity and access management (IAM), ideally with Okta
Experience with SOC2 and/or ISO 27001 compliance audits
Experience with mobile device management and administration, ideally with Jamf Pro and Intune
Experience with supporting and troubleshooting macOS and Windows endpoints
Experience with ITSM and ticketing systems, such as Freshservice, Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk, etc.
Strong knowledge of IT automation and scripting languages, such as Bash, Python, JavaScript, etc.

Salary
The starting salary for this role is between $110,000-$126,000, depending on skills and experience. Total compensation for this role consists of base salary and a quarterly bonus plan. We take a geo-neutral approach to compensation within the US, meaning that we pay based on job function and level, not location. For all other countries, we have competitive pay bands based on market standards.
