Lime is hiring a Senior Manager of Global Campaigns, Americas-APAC to join their Policy and Campaigns team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in fast-paced and complex organizational environments, preferably in advocacy, government relations, or a political campaign. They should be able to work independently, prioritize work, and manage multiple and competing priorities while meeting deadlines. The Senior Manager will drive alignment around in-market strategy, creating clear multi-pronged campaign plans to achieve policy goals. They will also maintain constant contact with regional GR staff, establish day-by-day production and design schedule, and coordinate the development and execution of local political, communication, marketing efforts. Lime is hiring a Senior Manager of Global Campaigns, Americas-APAC to join our Policy and Campaigns team. In this role, you will play a key role in developing the strategy and leading Lime’s cross-functional efforts to win and retain markets across North and South America, Oceania, and Asia. 

You’ll report to the Senior Director, Global Campaigns and sit on the Policy and Campaigns team.  You’ll be responsible for drawing on Lime’s best practices that span government relations, political, communications, advocacy, and marketing workstreams to build strategies and execute campaign plans to win and retain markets and improve regulatory conditions.

Candidates must have experience working in fast-paced and complex organizational
environments, preferably in advocacy, government relations, or a political campaign, and be able to work independently, prioritize work, and manage multiple and competing priorities while meeting deadlines. Candidates must have experience designing and/or executing strategies and campaign plans in a political, legislative, or advocacy environment.

The ideal candidate will have expert project management and stakeholder management skills. You will have strong political acumen, demonstrated experience building cross-functional transparent alignment with multiple teams, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills. 

We are looking for a process-based thinker, who is conscientious and highly organized with excellent problem-solving skills, and can help shape in-market strategy. The ability to adapt to different communication styles are required as well as an ability to work calmly and efficiently in a high-pressure environment to produce quality work. 

We are a remote first company and welcome applications from North America. 

What You'll Do:

    • Drive alignment around in-market strategy, creating clear multi-pronged campaign plans to achieve our policy goals.
    • Maintain constant contact with regional GR staff to help develop strategy and proactively identify, assess, and address needs in a rapidly evolving political and policy landscape.
    • Establish day-by-day production and design schedule, developing a resource plan to ensure a timely campaign execution that includes measurable deliverables.
    • Coordinate the development and execution of local political, communication, marketing efforts, drawing on best practices to improve Lime’s perception in the market ahead of permit renewals.
    • Foster collaboration between leaders, regional teams, and related functions to align internal resources and drive decisions behind our most important markets.
    • Communicate priorities, activities, and results to the larger organization, while ensuring deliverables are met.
    • Work with the Senior Director of Campaigns and regional GR leadership to review, design and execute improvements to organizational structure; 
    • Work on and lead projects to develop tools, resources, and work streams that can be adopted globally.

About You:

    • 5+ years of experience working in fast paced and complex organizational environments, preferably in a political, legislative, or advocacy campaign setting.
    • Highly strategic thinker with strong political acumen with experience developing strategies to achieve public policy goals.
    • Experience launching and managing time-constrained campaigns on behalf of a
    • candidate or causes.
    • Must be able to work independently, prioritize work,and independently manage multiple and competing priorities while meeting deadlines.
    • Highly organized with ability to work cross-functionally with ability to work cooperatively and courteously with others.
    • Available for limited travel.

    • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Ideal candidates have prior government relations experience developing relationships with lawmakers and key decision makers..
    • Thrive in a fast paced environment and effectively handle multiple time-sensitive requests
    • Passion for sustainability, politics, urban planning, mobility, leveraging tech for good.
    • Bachelor's degree.
The anticipated salary range for this position is $86,000 - $158,000. Annual performance bonus, equity and benefits may be provided as part of the compensation package, depending on the position offered. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. Exact salary will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the candidate’s location of residence, the successful candidate's skills, experience and other qualifications. In addition to base salary, some roles may be eligible for a variable performance-bonus based on a combination of company performance, employee performance, and management discretion.
