They should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a data-driven approach to decision-making.

We are seeking an experienced Global Compensation and Benefits manager to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our rewards programs across regions to align with our strategy, culture, and goals. This role will be pivotal in driving competitive advantage through effective total rewards strategies, with a focus on balancing employee motivation with cost management for greater ROI while fostering fairness and employee motivation in line with our mission.
This is a part-time contract position lasting 4-6 months, requiring a commitment of 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday. The schedule is flexible within standard business hours, with some early West Coast hours anticipated.
