Reporting to the VP, IT, you will build and lead a team of IT business data and process analysts to design and maintain durable, scalable data analytics processes and reporting tools that support data-driven operations spanning all of Anaplan’s IT departments.

This role supports corporate functions: IT Engineering/Infrastructure, IT Customer Experience, IT Enterprise Apps (ServiceNow, Workday), IT Integrations, and GTM/Revenue Apps(Salesforce). The team will span, support, and enable IT leaders and teams across 3 global regions to drive, track, and manage data-driven operational and business KPIs and identify improvement opportunities across Anaplan’s user support processes that help to maintain platform integrity.

The nature of this unique role demands high-energy, outgoing, positive, roll-up-your-sleeves, and can-do personality.  As a connector/impact leader with a driving desire to identify, learn, document, and report on new metrics, business processes, IT systems and technology in support of a SaaS category leading tech company, you’re a passionate initiative leader, needing relatively little guidance on objectives and outcomes, and you’re off to the races to make it happen.

You’re a diplomat with a multi-level view on optics and an articulate communicator who fearlessly dives into building great relationships with Anaplan’s IT leaders and all its corporate business partners (HR, Legal, Finance, Sales & Marketing, Executives) in order to build the highest standard of data driven IT operations dashboards and presentations catering to every audience, from IT technology leaders to senior and executive management.

You’re a keen visual process thinker who can interview different personalities and translate data, metrics, and process into insightful and meaningful visualizations aligned to the company’s business roadmap, risks and business impact, whether in Powerpoint, Tableau, Lucidchart, Excel, or even Anaplan’s own connected planning platform (modeling).

As the Senior Manager, IT Corporate Data Analytics, you’ll also be the primary sponsor for our ServiceNow’s IT Asset Mgmt (ITAM) and IT Operations Mgmt rollouts, working with IT Infrastructure and Customer Experience leaders and engineers to build a data driven understanding of our corporate software, entitlements, technical oversight and spend rationalization towards automated license reclamation and ultimately, self-service software.

The broad charter and latitude of this role’s coverage makes it an exciting skill uplift for a motivated up and coming technical leader from almost any angle. You’ll learn the ins and outs of Anaplan’s IT corporate coverage, all of its business functions, playbooks, and leaders, and build a meaningful team of SMEs driving technical data ops tracking and standards that translate to all levels of the company (high profile).
