About the Role
Join our data analytics team as a strategic partner to marketing. You will build the marketing analytics data layer, deliver actionable insights, and help SMEs across Europe harness the power of data for financial decisions.
The position is open at the company hubs: Cyprus, Spain, and Poland.
Cyprus: Relocation package is provided.
Spain: we are only able to hire candidates who possess a DNI (for Spanish nationals) or an NIE (for foreign nationals). Relocation support is not provided.
Poland: employment will be under 'Umowa o Pracę' (UoP). Relocation support is not provided.
What You Will Be Doing
- Build and refine dashboards and data models to track key marketing metrics like impressions, clicks, attribution, and CAC.
- Deliver actionable insights to optimize advertising spend and campaign performance.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate data collection and resolve tracking issues using tools like GTM and Google Analytics.
- Oversee integrations with advertising platforms (Google Ads, Bing, Meta) and affiliate partners.
- Design and maintain Power BI dashboards to present findings and recommendations.
- Analyze metric relationships to uncover key insights and trends.
- Long-Term Goals: Create a flexible, data-driven marketing model for hypothesis testing and improved spend efficiency.
Who You Are
- Skilled in marketing and sales analytics, with a track record of optimizing campaigns and uncovering audience insights.
- Proficient in web and marketing analytics tools (GTM, GA) with a solid grasp of traffic types and ad channel algorithms.
- Experienced in A/B testing design and analysis.
- Strong SQL skills (BigQuery, PostgreSQL) and familiarity with Python (preferred).
- Hands-on experience with BI tools like Power BI for data visualization.
- Fluent in English (full working proficiency); basic proficiency in Russian is a plus.
