Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily payment flows, including withdrawals and deposits in fiat currencies via SEPA and SWIFT
- Manage daily settlements with customers in fiat
- Oversee invoicing processes for services provided on behalf of the company
- Handle invoice payments and ensure accurate registration in the internal system
- Provide supporting documentation to banks and partners as required
- Prepare monthly statements for customers
- Participate in the month-end financial closure process
- Utilize Jira, Confluence, Excel, 1C, and various banking back-office systems effectively
- Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth financial operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in financial operations or a similar role
- Proficiency in Excel with the ability to handle complex data analysis
- Basic knowledge of cryptocurrencies
- Strong understanding of SEPA and SWIFT payment systems
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn and adapt
- Proficiency in both written and verbal English and Russian
- English language proficiency at B1 level or higher
