They will be responsible for implementing cutting-edge payroll tech, optimizing variable compensation structures, and driving strategic improvements to support Superside's rapid growth. As a Senior Payroll Analyst, you will take ownership of a global payroll function, ensuring accurate and timely payments to 700+ employees across 60+ countries. You will collaborate with HR, Finance, and Legal teams to align payroll operations with compliance and strategic goals. With a strong self-starter mentality and proficiency in data analysis, you will thrive in a fast-changing environment. Superside is looking for a high-impact Senior Payroll Analyst to redefine our global payroll function. - Leverage AI-driven insights to optimize variable compensation structures, aligning incentives with company objectives.
- Reimagine payroll operations to handle rapid workforce growth, evolving regulations, and complex contractor models.
- Analyze payroll trends and financial data to identify opportunities for optimization, efficiency, and cost control.
- Develop future-ready, scalable payroll frameworks to support business expansion and regulatory changes.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Legal teams to align payroll operations with compliance and strategic goals.
- Act as a strategic advisor on payroll best practices, ensuring Superside stays ahead of industry trends.
- Build and refine self-service payroll systems, empowering employees while reducing administrative overhead.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- 3+ years of hands-on global payroll experience, ideally in high-growth startups or international companies.
