We seek a skilled and experienced Traffic Manager/PPC Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will manage and optimize our paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms and launch new campaigns to drive targeted traffic and increase conversions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage PPC campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google, Linkedin, Meta, Reddit, X, Bing, and Programmatic networks
- Collaborate on keyword research with SEO specialist and implement effective targeting strategies
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports on key metrics
- Optimize campaigns to improve ROI, CPL, click-through rates, and conversion rates
- Manage advertising budgets and adjust bids to maximize performance
- Work with counterparties to establish efficient performance of paid campaigns
- Closely collaborate with the pre-sale and sales departments to ensure smooth lead processing and to adjust campaign settings based on actual feedback
- Collaborate with other marketing team members to sync strategies across all channels (you will work with both campaign types: lead generation and brand awareness)
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a PPC Specialist or Traffic Manager (better if you have experience in a B2B or SaaS environment)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Proficiency in PPC platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising tools
- Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio
- Excellent copywriting skills for creating effective ad copy
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting
- English B2+
