As a Senior PR Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing communication plans to enhance the company's visibility and reputation in the EU crypto payments sector. You will also identify and leverage existing news pegs, generate fresh news angles, and secure media coverage for company announcements and events. Responsibilities:
- Create and execute communication plans to enhance the company's visibility and reputation in the EU crypto payments sector
- Actively seek, identify, and leverage existing news pegs to promote the company's presence in the market
- Generate fresh news angles and story ideas to maintain a continuous flow of positive coverage
- Secure and manage media coverage for company announcements, events, and thought leadership
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and influencers
- Identify and engage with relevant B2B influencers to amplify brand messaging and establish thought leadership
- Collaborate with content creators and SEO specialists to optimize content for search engines
- Craft compelling advertorials that align with the brand and resonate with the target B2B audience
- Support partnership initiatives through effective communication strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development
Requirements:
- Proven experience 4+ years in PR and Communications
- Proven knowledge and experience in fintech, crypto or payments industries
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong relationships with both local and national business and industry media outlets across EU
- Solid experience with social media and content marketing
- Experience in measuring PR activities
- Previous success in executing effective PR campaigns in the crypto sector
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
