Hightouch is seeking a Craft Specialist - Product Design to enhance the look and feel of their product. This role involves collaborating with engineers to develop patterns across the platform, setting standards for animations and interactions, ensuring accessibility beyond basic requirements, and working as a brand designer within the product. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience in product design, particularly in B2B data products, with high-quality visual, UI, and interaction skills. They should be a team player with excellent communication skills and a growth mindset.
Hightouch’s mission is to empower everyone to take action on their data. We’ve pioneered the Composable Customer Data Platform (CDP), which helps companies use their own data warehouse to collect, prepare, and activate customer data for marketing personalization and business operations. Traditionally, acting on data has required engineering time and bandwidth, and left most business users stuck with charts and reports that are unable to take automated action on their data. This is a unique role that will focus far more on visual craft. As our craft specialist within the product design team, you’ll work horizontally across product areas with a small team of talented engineers to enhance the look and feel of the product. You’ll be expected to learn and interact with our customers so you can better shape the product to meet their expectations. You’ll contribute to our design system and application patterns but your ultimate goal is serving our customers. Your innovative designs will change the industry status quo for products in our space.

Portfolio review [60m]: You’ll present 2-3 projects and tell the team the story of how you came to the solution and the challenges you faced along the way. We're looking to understand how you think, collaborate, and execute.
Design exercise [60m]: This is your chance to show us your design process. We’ll ask you to help us come up with a solution for a problem we’ve identified.
