This role involves collaborating with engineers to develop patterns across the platform, setting standards for animations and interactions, ensuring accessibility beyond basic requirements, and working as a brand designer within the product. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience in product design, particularly in B2B data products, with high-quality visual, UI, and interaction skills. They should be a team player with excellent communication skills and a growth mindset.

We’ve pioneered the Composable Customer Data Platform (CDP), which helps companies use their own data warehouse to collect, prepare, and activate customer data for marketing personalization and business operations. This is a unique role that will focus far more on visual craft. As our craft specialist within the product design team, you’ll work horizontally across product areas with a small team of talented engineers to enhance the look and feel of the product. You’ll be expected to learn and interact with our customers so you can better shape the product to meet their expectations. You’ll contribute to our design system and application patterns but your ultimate goal is serving our customers. Your innovative designs will change the industry status quo for products in our space.
