Job Description
What your day could consist of:
- Drive end-to-end design for platform initiatives, from research, opportunity framing to final implementation—balancing user needs, technical feasibility, and business goals.
- Partner across teams to identify user pain points, define success, and improve foundational UX patterns that scale across the product ecosystem.
- Lead with insight and intention—using research, data, and stakeholder feedback to inform decisions and measure impact.
- Craft and share design artifacts—wireframes, flows, prototypes, and visuals—that clearly communicate your thinking and invite collaboration.
- Conduct usability tests, gather insights, and iterate quickly to improve outcomes.
- Maintain visibility into how your work is performing post-launch and continuously refine based on learnings.
- Shape and uphold a high bar for design quality and consistency across the platform.
- Collaborate with the Design Systems team to evolve reusable components and patterns that reflect our brand, accessibility standards, and product vision.
- Mentor and support other designers through critique, feedback, and guidance on best practices.
What is needed:
- 6+ years of experience designing digital products—preferably in SaaS or B2B tech.
- A natural curiosity for emerging tools and design trends—including interest in how AI can influence product design and user workflows.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking across complex, multi-surface systems at scale.
- Expertise in information architecture, user flows, interaction design, and visual design principles.
- Proven ability to simplify complexity—bringing clarity to technical concepts and turning ambiguity into actionable direction.
- Confident communicator who can align stakeholders around a compelling vision and design rationale.
- Comfortable working iteratively and navigating ambiguity in fast-moving environments.
- Experience working with design systems and contributing to their evolution.
