We are a small but strong team of 100+ people (and growing) hyper-focussed on delivering a world-class platform and unparalleled service with our industry-leading partnerships. To help accelerate our growth and pace of delivery, we are looking for talented Senior Product Designers to take charge of our various product lines from discovery to delivery.
As a Senior Product Designer at RemoFirst, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute significantly to shaping our product landscape, ensuring it embodies value, usability, and top-tier craftsmanship. Engage in all facets of product development, from conceiving innovative ideas to refining details before launch. Apply your expertise in product, interaction, and visual design, actively participating in strategic decisions alongside cross-functional teams and senior management. You’ll have ownership of the whole end-to-end design process – from discovery to delivery. We want you to have the autonomy to deliver what you think is best for our customers.

What you’ll be doing:

    • Present design proposals, gather feedback, and iterate.
    • Implement and iterate solutions in collaboration with the technical team.
    • Organise and execute user testing.
    • Follow-up on release performance and user feedback for continuous improvement.

    • Employer app
    • Partner app
    • Full-Time Employee app
    • Contractor app
    • Admin app
    • Design systems and tools

What you’ll need:

    • 3+ years experience of shaping stellar SaaS designs for thriving tech startups, leaving a mark in B2B; also welcoming wizards with a B2C touch.
    • Showcase a portfolio rich in web app design finesse, proving a knack for clean and impactful product visuals.
    • Elevate product strategy dialogues with high-level thinking, articulating design decisions with clarity.
    • Navigate technical nuances seamlessly in design decisions, showcasing a holistic understanding.
    • Take charge of the design process, thriving as a self-directed team player in the dynamic development landscape.
    • Problem-solving enthusiast, relishing complex product challenges, and dedicated to solving the right problems.
    • Laser-focused on UX, backed by a keen grasp of human behaviour, and a flair for visually pleasing, grid-savvy designs.
    • Possess an eagle eye for pixel-perfect design execution; meticulous in getting every detail spot-on.
    • Analytical and data-driven, ready to deliver measurable results in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
    • Knowledge/experience in programming and understand how engineers work.
    • Experience in designing and maintaining cross-platform design systems.
    • Excellent presentation, communication, and storytelling skills.
    • To be a constant and learner, coupled with a commitment to sharing knowledge and promoting team-wide expertise.
