Your role will involve boosting data collection through 3rd-party integration, creating outstanding user experiences, and contributing to our Design System. With 4+ years of industry experience, you'll identify, execute, and iterate on strategies for enhanced data collection. You'll also collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, plan research initiatives, and run workshops and feedback sessions. Identify, execute, and iterate on how customers can improve data collection.
Create UX and visual designs.
Collaborate with cross-functional and other design stakeholders.
Plan, facilitate, and run research independently or with support of the Research function.
Run workshops and feedback sessions.
Leverage and contribute to Design System
What you already bring to the table:
4+ years of industry experience in digital product design.
Specializes in 0-to-1 product development.
Confident with the end-to-end design process, from discovery to execution.
Proficient in designing visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces.
Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and incorporating feedback into design iterations.
Has worked with Design Systems in the past, and can use and contribute to it.
Proven experience in designing SaaS products, with a particular focus on Marketer tools.
Has a solid portfolio of case studies.
Fluent in English
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with ShapeUp Framework
