Job Summary

As Senior Product Manager for JustAnswer Labs, you will lead the creation and launch of new products that delight customers and drive revenue growth. You'll work with cross-functional teams to execute on a product vision in a high-growth environment. Your role involves ideation, prioritization, technical development, and launching innovative tools using lean and agile practices. You'll collaborate with customer research, analytics, and competitive intelligence teams to identify opportunities and define product requirements for MVPs and new features. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of product management experience in web/mobile applications (B2B), a track record of delivering innovative products, especially in AI or data spaces, and strong collaboration skills with a lean start-up mindset. You should be skilled in identifying customer needs, driving data-driven decisions, A/B testing, and rapid experimentation. Familiarity with Pragmatic Marketing and Design Thinking principles is also required. About the Role

As Senior Product Manager for JustAnswer Labs, you will lead the creation and launch of new products that delight our customers and unlock JustAnswer’s next $100M business.  You are adept at leading cross functional teams to execute on a product vision in a high growth business.  You will be the CEO of assigned products.  Your mission is expand our core competencies and revenue streams while being accountable to senior management for alignment with overall business performance metrics. 

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the ideation, prioritization, technical development, and launch of innovative tools, platforms, and products.  

  • Owns releases of assigned products using lean and agile practices.

  • Actively collaborate with customer research, analytics, and competitive intelligence teams to develop a strong outside-in perspective and identify the biggest areas of opportunity.  

  • Use usability studies, data analysis and other primary & secondary research to produce product requirements to improve productivity & product satisfaction. Define product requirements for MVPs and new features/enhancements.

  • Works closely with sales, potential customers and partners to define market problems and opportunities.   

  • Define and analyze product metrics to inform decision-making and measuring success. 

 

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of product management in web/mobile applications (B2B).

  • Proven track record of delivering innovative, first-generation products, ideally in the AI or data space.

  • Strong collaborator with a lean start-up mindset, balancing creativity, speed, and rigor in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

  • Experience leveraging AI or big data (experience with GenAI is a big plus).

  • Skilled in identifying customer needs, driving data-driven decisions, A/B testing, and rapid experimentation.

  • Familiarity with Pragmatic Marketing and Design Thinking principles. Collaboration & Communication

  • Effective working independently or across teams, promoting co-creation and managing priorities seamlessly.
