What you will do:
- Product Strategy: Define and execute the product vision and strategy for enterprise invoice and P2P software, aligning with customer needs and market opportunities.
- Roadmap Development: Build and manage a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business value, customer feedback, and competitive analysis.
- Customer-Centric Solutions: Work closely with customers and stakeholders to understand pain points, gather requirements, and translate them into actionable product features.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data insights and KPIs to assess product performance and inform ongoing improvements.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to ensure our products remain innovative and market-leading.
- Go-to-Market Support: Partner with product marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, messaging, and launch plans.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present product updates, strategy, and performance metrics to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
What we are looking for:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
- Experience: 8+ years of product management experience, with a strong focus on enterprise invoice or procure-to-pay software.
- Industry Expertise: Proven track record of success at leading companies such as Intuit, SAP, Coupa, or Tipalti.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of financial operations, procurement processes, accounts payable workflows, and related technologies.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to leverage data to drive product decisions.
- Technical Acumen: Familiarity with modern software development processes, APIs, and enterprise SaaS platforms.
